EXCHANGE ONLY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the item for any item of your choice, of equal value.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RA# request for items must be made within 2 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition, unused, with its original packaging.
* Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your RA#.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Mailing address
* Reason for the return
(There's a certain occasion where the exchange is not possible.)
Any item not in its original condition.
Damaged or missing parts.
Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?
All orders placed before 3pm (central-standard) time, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday- Sunday will ship on Monday.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. Depending on the efficiency of your local postal service, once shipped domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive . International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. PLEASE TRACK YOUR PACKAGE AND CONTACT USPS FOR ANY QUESTIONS AFTER WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER.
