Shipping policy

Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Rates & carrier: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order — you'll see the exact cost before you pay. Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail; international orders ship via USPS or DHL Express.

Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days. International delivery times vary by destination, generally 2–12 weeks.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
